Return Policy
Most items purchased from urbanohomz.com are returnable within the return window of 7 days.
In case the product does not meet your expectations or doesn’t fit your needs we have a very simple return policy for the convenience of our customers.
A Step-by-Step Refund Guide
- STEP 1 : In case you want to return the product you can simply send a mail to us intimating about the return on the mail id ‘ returns@urbano-homz.com’ or WhatsApp on +91-8826777752 keeping the subject line as Order Number with Order Date.
- STEP 2 : We will arrange a Pick Up from the address the product was delivered to within 4 working days. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
- STEP 3: Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and issue the complete refund or mutually discussed refund amount as per number of products returned in a particular order.
- STEP 4: The refund will be issued within 7 working days in your bank account or we can pay through Paytm or Google Pay as well
Also Note:
This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
Urbano Homz reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns more than 3 times in a financial year.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped
- If you cancel your order before the products are shipped, you can have your entire money refunded in less than 4 Working days.
